About us

Our mission

The transition from IT service provider / system house business was completed in April 2022. Since then, ifm services has focused on the following business mission: “The design, implementation, monitoring and operation of IT platforms for industrial software products and solutions from ifm; both on-premises and in the cloud, including all services”. The aforementioned work order also includes the development of the moneo|appliance for the simple operation of moneo at the customer's site.

ifm services gmbh bundles expertise in IT, software and production systems and thus offers global services and support at the highest level. In addition, there will be a gradual, evolutionary migration to a “managed services business model” in line with future market requirements and customer needs.

History

ifm services gmbh emerged from QOSIT Informationstechnik GmbH on February 27, 2019. For its part, QOSIT Informationstechnik became part of the ifm group of companies when it was acquired by ifm in 2016 - QOSIT Informationstechnik was founded in 2005.
